An unlovely little fixer upper for those of you with nerves of steel. Located on a dead end street with a fenced unkept yard (former grave yard with deadly vine plantings and poison ivy) . The rooms are large but fairly dark and dingy with creaky hardwood floors. There are several cold spots due to the lack or heat or light and many of the windows need replacing. Unfortunately there's no plumbing but there is a shallow well on the property for water and the remains of an outhouse. Features include: dragging chains, wierd noises, odd and ghostly visitors.
