 Jasmine Botto

A licensed REALTOR® with more than 20 years experience in all aspects of the real estate industry, Jasmine Botto combines a professional approach with a personal style that makes working with her a true pleasure. Growing-up on the North Shore, Jasmine knew early that this community has something to offer everyone looking to buy a home - you just need to know where to look! When she graduated from Simon Fraser University with a degree in Business Administration, Jasmine established herself as a corporate consultant and executive administrator in the North Shore real estate industry, before going on to become a licensed REALTOR® herself. She is the former Manager of Operations for Sussex Realty Corporation and a Certified Customer Service Trainer. She has also worked extensively in the senior's housing industry. Jasmine is enthusiastic about her business, and in particular, about taking care of the people involved in the real estate transaction.

Year after year, Jasmine's sale performance is at the "Top of the List". Grant Botto has received a number of prestigious real estate honors, including many Sales Achievement Awards, and Community Service awards; in addition, he has held a variety of leadership roles within the North Shore real estate industry, including serving as Vice President and Director of the North Vancouver Division of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV).

Mike Parminter

Mike is a graduate of the BCIT Marketing Management Program,has been a licensed agent with Prudential Sussex Realty since 2005, and joined our practise in late 2009. He has also worked in customer service at BC Hydro and is an active member of our North Shore community, where he has resided all his life.   Mike shares our passion for excellent service and for the community. He has been coaching minor hockey in North Vancouver for more than five years and demonstrates his positive attitude and strong work ethic on and off the ice. We appreciate his energy, enthusiasm and effort as he works tirelessly to ensure our clients’ needs are met and interests are protected. Mike's extensive experience in sales and marketing, combined with his knowledge of all our wonderful North Shore neighborhoods, is great news for our clients and for us.
